I remember when I had this idea of opening a bagel shop multiple people said "don't do it, you're gonna hate making bagels"... The truth is, I've never enjoyed making bagels, it's a long boring process. What I always have loved is someone telling me it's the best bagel they've ever had. Over the past week+ I have grown to love another thing about this complete monster that we've built. I love seeing and hearing about how people are becoming friends while waiting on our lines. There is such a positive energy that is showing up at our shop (when we're open) and it's truly amazing. People laughing and getting to know each other, all while waiting on a line. You're making lines fun, that's as insane as this whole venture as been. It's amazing! Thank you all for the continued support, I gotta go make chicken salad. Back open on Saturday.
