Cheesy Poofs

- 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls (8 per package)
- about 6 oz. BXJ veggie cream cheese 
- 4-8 tbsp. chopped garlic

Preheat oven for 375°. Spray muffin tins for 16 muffins with Pam cooking spray. Arrange crescent roll triangles over 16 of the wells, pushing triangle into the well and letting corners of the triangle flop over. Spoon a rounded tsp. of veggie cream cheese into the crescent rolls. Top with garlic on each. Arrange corners of crescent dough over top to appear something like a blooming flower. Bake at 375° for 14-15 minutes.


Everything Butter Roast Chicken

Rinse a whole chicken inside and out. Pat dry. Generously salt inside and out with kosher salt. Place dabs of everything butter under the skin of the entire chicken being careful not to tear it. Cut one onion and one lemon in half and stuff inside with a head of garlic, fresh sage and thyme. Place over potatoes or your favorite root vegetables in a roasting pan and bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 1 1/2 hours. Tent with foil for 20 mins before slicing and serving.

Garlic Shallot Croissants

You will need a can of crescent rolls and BXJ garlic and shallots cream cheese pop open your can and great the triangles up put a scoop of your cream cheese and spread it on roll them up let them set in your freezer for about an hour and bake at 375 for about 12 minutes and brush with a butter!


Everything Naan

Slather on the everything butter.
Sprinkle fresh minced coriander leaves. 

Enjoy with your bowl of Dal Makhani or chicken tikka masala.

Creamy Garlicky Shalloty Scrambled Eggs

Crack your eggs in a bowl. Whisk vigorously. Heat slowly in a non stick pan, using a spatula to carefully fold the eggs. When nearly done, fold in a healthy helping of BXJ’s roasted garlic shallot cc. Salt and pepper. Plate. Swoon.

Roasted corn on the cob slathered with everything butter.
Frozen sweet corn with a teaspoon or so of everything butter. Microwave for 2 mins.


Creamy Garlic Orecchiette with Shrimp & Peas

Sauté 3 slices of bacon 🥓, 1/2 an onion diced 🧅 and 2lbs of shrimp . Add a bag of fresh English peas (asparagus could work too) and a small container of BXJ Roasted Garlic & Shallot Cream Cheese. Simmer all the above until peas (veggie of your choice) are cooked, top with salt 🧂 & pepper and then toss with cooked Orecchiette pasta (or pasta of your choice). Serve over fresh arugula (or spinach) with a sprinkling of Parmesan along with a glass of white wine.


Mash and Dash

Boil potatoes about 15 minutes in a large pot of salted water.
Mash soft potatoes and add BXJ everything butter and scallion cream cheese to taste preference.
Serve!


Roasted Garlic Shallot Cream Cheese Chicken Piccata

Season boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour and shake off excess. Melt butter and olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add chicken. When chicken is browned, flip and cook the other side. Remove the chicken from the pan and transfer to a plate. Add lemon juice, chicken stock and capers to the pan. Scrape up all of the browned bits. Add the roasted garlic and shallot cream cheese. Swirl the cream cheese into the lemon butter caper sauce until melted and spoon over the chicken.


Everything Tortellini

Toss cheese tortellini with halved cherry tomatoes cooked in Everything Butter. Top with a little grated pecorino cheese. Delicious quick easy dinner!


Crab Cakes

I added the roasted garlic and shallots cream cheese and reduced the mayo to my crab cake mixture. I just used crabmeat, breadcrumbs (I actually used some stale bread soaked in milk since I had it) mayo, Dijon mustard, season with salt, pepper, cayenne , old bay. Form cakes and coat on bread crumbs. Serve with a cold corn and pepper salad.
